Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using services provided by Built Correct LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

We provide custom software solutions, administrative tools, and related services ("Services"). All Services are provided "as-is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without notice.

2. USER ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and current
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You may not share account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Use Services for illegal purposes or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt Services or servers
• Harvest or collect information about other users
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Use Services to spam or harass others

4. PAYMENT AND BILLING

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, features, and functionality of our Services are owned by Built Correct LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. DATA AND PRIVACY

Your use of our Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) for hosting and data storage, which provides industry-standard security and encryption. While we implement reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not store customer data on personal devices or unsecured systems.

7. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained will be accurate or reliable
• Defects will be corrected
• Services will meet your specific requirements

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUILT CORRECT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Built Correct LLC, its officers, members, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of Services or violation of these Terms.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES AND TERMS

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Services at any time without notice. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website.

10. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Services ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at admin@builtcorrect.com.

13. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or interruptions in telecommunications or internet services.

14. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Built Correct LLC regarding use of Services.
